        Long Description: Extracts USGS 100K data and builds .DEX files for MOVMAP. Unzips and untars downloaded USGS 100K STDS DLG files and creates .DEX files required by MOVMAP to draw maps at the 4, 5 and 6 resolutions. It handles Boundary, Transportation, Hydrography and Hypography themes. It also converts comma delimited files exported from the GNIS Places database and produces .DEX files. (mltplt23.zip)
